The Protex-Otel in Ekaterinburg is a 3-star hotel with a great location, reasonable charges, and clean rooms. The hot showers, comfy beds, and towels provided were all satisfactory. The staff, especially Anna, were lovely and accommodating. The breakfast, although not luxurious, was satisfying with options like eggs, cereal, and freshly made porridge. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bakery made it convenient for coffee and pastries.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel facilities were of good quality, and the breakfast was surprisingly nice with a selection of hot dishes, eggs, bread, cereal, butter/jam/honey. The location was excellent, being near the city center, with easy transportation access as there was a bus stop just in front of the hotel.
For us, it was ideal.

The room was small but clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great as it was close to a tram station and a shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
The breakfast was not up to my expectations. There were not many options for food, and some of the dishes looked old and unappetizing.

the best aspects were the quiet atmosphere and the clean room. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping center nearby. We really appreciated the breakfast which had a decent variety for the price. the staff was kind and welcoming which made for a positive experience.
The worst aspect was the difficulty in finding the entrance to the hotel, as there was no clear indication from the street. the bathroom was small and the shower was tiny, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.
